VERROCCHI, Stephen "Rocky" of Dedham, formerly of Watertown, August 2, 2026. Beloved husband of Eileen P. (Gregory) Verrocchi. Devoted father of Jena Verrocchi and her husband Sean Farrelly of Norwood, Briana Donahue and her husband Patrick of Norwood, and Dylan Verrocchi and his fiance Mary O’Dwyer of Walpole. Papa to Aubrey, Reese, Hazel, Lincoln, Hannah, and Harrison.
Stephen was employed as a UPS truck driver for 30 years and worked tirelessly to provide the best possible life for his family. In retirement, he enjoyed playing golf, hosting football parties every Sunday, cooking Italian food, vacations to Aruba, and sharing a Seven & Seven at his favorite gathering place, the Village Manor.
Stephen found his greatest joy in the company of his family and his beloved dog, Fozzie Bear.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Thursday, Aug. 6 from 8:00-10:00am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10:30am (accessible parking in the rear of the church). Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
