It is with great sorrow we inform you of the death of our beloved brother. Michael Art Hanlon, 45, born April 2, 1981, passed away July 3, 2026, due to unforseen medical complications.
Michael was born to and predeceased by, Francis Nora Millet and Arthur Francis Hanlon Jr. He left behind two much loved children; Michael and Charlotte Hanlon, his brothers and sisters, and many loved ones and friends. Michael's hometown was Quincy, MA. It was here he was raised and where he became the loving soul we all knew. He graduated from Quincy High with a carpentry degree. He loved mechanics and cars, and went on to pursue a career he enjoyed fixing cars, using his carpentry skills, as well as fixing all things mechanical. Michael loved anything with a motor and enjoyed speed. He was someone you could call anytime and count on. He was always ready to help in any way he could. He would bail you out of a situation, fix almost anything, or tell you a shortcut. Michael touched many lives just being there and being himself. Above all else he was FUN!
There will be a celebration of life held this Saturday, August 1st, from 4-7pm @ Casper's on 187 Dorchester St. Boston, MA 02127. ALL will be welcome. Should you wish to send flowers please have them sent there. Let's all show up for Michael as he always did for us. Thank you.
