WORCESTER____Francis J. “Frank” Guyer, 92, of Worcester, died Thursday September 21 in Knollwood Nursing Center, West Boylston.
He leaves a sister, Rose G. Greenwood of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother and a sister, Joseph F. Guyer and Helen O. Oliver. He was born in Worcester, a son of Rudolph and Karoline (Kutcipal) Guyer and lived here all his life.
Mr. Guyer was a self-employed carpenter for all of his adult life. He retired several years ago. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and served with U.S. forces in Italy. Mr. Guyer was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.
The funeral will be held on Saturday September 23 with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. There are no calling hours. HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., is directing funeral arrangements
