Virginia V. Ortiz Ortiz, age 40, passed away on July 9, 2026. She was born on August 15, 1985 in Bronx, NY. She enjoyed to draw, paint and write in her journal. She was talented at braiding hair and loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Adiene Santana of Holyoke; her mother Luz (Correa) Ortiz of Chicopee; two sisters, Jillshani Ortiz of Chicopee and Gianina Gonzalez of Chicopee and her nephews, Edwin and Zavien. She is predeceased by her father Roberto Ortiz. Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. Funeral will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a Prayer Service at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
