Nelson Pena Andrade |r., aged 68, passed away on July 2, 2026, in Falmouth, MA Born on September 29, 1957, Nelson was known for his sweet, friendly nature and his diligent work ethic. Throughout his life, he consistently provided help to others and cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he adored.
Nelson leaves behind a loving family including his wife, Lucy Andrade; daughters Jennifer Matson and Sorina Andrade; son Jermaine Andrade sr. ; stepdaughters Sara furtado and Melissa means ; grandchildren Henry Matson, Logan Matson, |ulianna Andrejack, Adrianna Andrejack, Alexis Andrade, Amaya Andrade, Jermaine Andrade Jr., Addison Andrade, Avery Andrade,and Millie Robinson. He is also survived by his siblings Hiedi Andrade, Cheryl Andrade, Lynnette Crayton, Gary Andrade and Dougie Andrade Sr. Nelson was preceded in death by his sister Vanessa Andrade, his father Nelson Andrade Sr., mother Antoinette Costa Andrade, and nephews Dougie Andrade Jr. and Danny Andrade.
An avid outdoorsman, Nelson enjoyed falconry and hunting, passions that allowed him to spend significant time in nature, which he loved dearly. His commitment to his hobbies was only surpassed by the joy and love he expressed when with his grandchildren. Nelson's kind-hearted nature and his willingness to help others will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
