King, Robert E. Of Needham formerly of Dedham, peacefully passed away on July 2, 2026. Beloved husband of Joy (Mucci) King for 48 years. Devoted father of Evan R. King and his wife Annie of Needham. Loving grandfather of Noelle and Wesley. Brother of Margaret Eisenhauer, Jimmy King, Jack King, Kathy Evans, and the late Carl King and Mary Anne Spellman. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bob was an Air Force veteran and retired computer engineer, and loved gardening, swimming, and painting.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St. Dedham on Wednesday, July 8, at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anne Church, Readville at 10:30am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation on Tuesday, July 7, from 4-7pm. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
