Obituary

Retired Tewksbury Police Sergeant, Gardner Kenneth “Kenny” Hague, age 86, a resident of Tewksbury for most of his life, passed away at Tewksbury Hospital, with family by his side on Monday, June 15, 2026.

He was the beloved husband of Dorothy C. (Rose) Hague, who passed away on October 26, 2022.

Born in Lowell on December 16, 1939, he was the son of the late Gardner G. Hague and the late Edna L. (Olson) (Hague) Blaisdell.

Kenny attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury High School. Following graduation, he attended the University of Massachusetts, where he studied forestry.

He was an avid New England professional and local sports fan. Kenny especially loved following Tewksbury Redmen Football and was a member of the Redmen Football Club.

Kenny loved and treasured spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. In addition, he enjoyed outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his children, Gardner K. Hague, Jr. and his wife Tracy, Jonathan L. Hague, David S. Hague and his wife Vicki, Lisa L. Kasprzak and her husband Stephen and Suzanne E. Shaw and her husband Bill.
He leaves seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, his brother, Robert Hague and his sister, Sandra Manseau.

Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service to be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East Street, Tewksbury. Per his wishes, there are No Calling Hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Redmen Football Club, 461 Main Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876 or to the Tewksbury Police Association, 918 Main Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876
