
North Oxford – Susan (Harris) Audette, 82, of North Oxford, passed away peacefully in her home while surrounded by family on Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Sue was married for 46 years to the late Gerard A. “Jerry” Audette who died in 2007. She is survived by a son, David Audette of Webster; a daughter, Michele Dominy and her husband, Allen of Leicester; 6 grandchildren, Tabitha Triba, Matthew Dominy, DJ Audette Patterson, Trisha Audette, Katelyn Audette and Nikki Dominy; 2 great grandchildren, Jack Patterson and Angelina Hartnett as well as many nieces and nephews.
Sue was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Joseph and Alberta (Burbo) Harris and is predeceased by a daughter, Christine Audette who died in 2021 and 6 brothers and sisters, Frankie Harris, Roy Harris, Bobby Harris, Betty Gonyou, Jane Robbins, Gerry Beeso, and Yvonne Harris.
During her younger years Sue worked at the former Brown Shoe Company in Worcester and then she became a dedicated homemaker, making sure that her family was her priority.
She enjoyed playing bingo and taking shopping excursions but she was truly the happiest when she was with her family especially during their trips to the movies and playing cards.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 16 at 11:30 AM in Notre Dame Cemetery 162 Webster Street Worcester, where she will be laid to rest alongside her loving husband. Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 15 from 5 to 7 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons – Henry Funeral Service Memorial Chapel 33 Ward St. Worcester.
