Obituary

Brian Melvin Clark, 80, of Mendon formerly of Medway died June 6 at the Beaumont in Natick following a long illness. He was the husband of Barbara A. (DesMarais) Clark for the past 57 years.

Born in Milford, September 21,1945, the son of the late John G. and Barbara M.(Fenton) Clark, Brian was raised and had lived in Medway for many years and had been a resident of Mendon for the past 12 years.

He was a graduate of Medway High School.

Brian had been a technician in the auto industry for many years.
He then worked for several years as a technician at marinas in Maine.

Brian proudly served in the Navy during the Vietnam War , serving mostly on the aircraft carrier Franklin D. Roosevelt . He attained the rank of E-3.

Brian had been an Eagle Scout and enjoy hunting , fishing and snowmobiling.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother Gordon Clark of Bellingham.
He was the brother of the late Susan Eastman and John Clark, Jr.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held at a date and place to be announced soon.
