Patricia “Pat” Ann (Eckert) Glover, 83, of Ojai, California, passed away on May 6, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones in Ojai, California. Pat was born in Westmoreland, Kansas to Elmer Eckert and Rose (Yantz) Eckert on December 28, 1942. She went to high school at Nordoff High School and graduated in 1960. She spent her life dedicated to her family and working as a secretary until she retired at Edward Jones. She was known for her love of animals, traveling, and shopping. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures such as working on puzzles, taking long walks, tending to her garden, and most of all, spending time with friends and loved ones. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her love and wisdom will continue to guide those who knew her.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Kristine Glover; her granddaughters, Kambria (Funderburk) Moreno and Maran (Funderburk) Scheer; great grandsons, Andrew and Dominic Moreno; and grand dog, Dottie. She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer; her mother, Rose; and her sister, Cynthia (Eckert) Robinson. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Kaley, Rosario, Aubrie, Angela, Dr. Rajala and the rest of the team at Assisted Home Health and Hospice; her caregivers Lili, Alex, Blanca and Betty; and dear friend, Huora Williams.
To honor Pat's passion for animals, the family requests memorial donations be made in her name to the Humane Society of Ventura County, Ojai, California.
