Jane Rogers, 68, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 25, 2026. Born on July 25, 1957, Jane grew up in Derry, New Hampshire, where she built the foundation of the warm and caring spirit that stayed with her throughout her life. She graduated from Pinkerton Academy in 1975. She spent many years working as a bookkeeper, forming lifelong friendships with coworkers and clients who became like family to her.
Jane had a love for travel and spent much of her life exploring the world and creating cherished memories along the way. She adored dogs and found great joy in their companionship. She was also deeply proud of her Polish heritage and treasured the traditions and celebrations she shared with her family.
Above all, Apple Janie, AJ, Miss Jane, will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, sense of humor, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
She is now reunited with her beloved mother, Patricia Roberts, father, Frank Roberts, sister, Gail Hinxman, and son, Timothy Rogers, whom she carried in her heart always.
Jane leaves behind family, including many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly and remember her with love.
Following cremation, graveside services will be held on Tuesday June 2, 2026 at 1:00pm at Forest Hill Cemetery, Hampstead Rd., E. Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry and Londonderry is assisting the family with arrangements. Floral arrangements can be delivered to the funeral home at 15 Birch St., Derry.
