Obituary

Kenny Samuel Meas, 62, of Lowell, passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

He was born on October 3, 1963, in Cambodia, and was the son of Noeun (Men) Meas and the late Sarmie Meas. He was raised and educated in Cambodia before coming to the United States in 1981. He first settled in Boston and later made his home in Lowell, where he became a well-known and respected member of the community.

Kenny had a deep love for music, especially playing the keyboard. Known affectionately by many as the “King of Keyboard,” he was a truly gifted musician whose talent brought joy to family, friends, and everyone who heard him play. Music was one of his greatest passions and a defining part of who he was.

He was also known as an incredibly hardworking man. Whether he was at work or fixing and improving things around his home, Kenny was always busy and willing to lend a helping hand. He took pride in caring for his family and creating a home filled with warmth and love.

He is survived by his loving companion of 25 years, Rom Chhit of Lowell; his children, Nina Meas, Richard Meas, La Meas, Da Meas, and Randy Meas; his step-son, Ry Rorng; his mother, Noeun Meas; and his siblings, Sarika Meas, Chhamroeurn Meas, Nick Meas, and Phe Meas, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

You are welcome to attend his funeral service at Merrimack Cremation Service, 10 Henry Clay Drive, Merrimack, NH, on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9am.
