Ralph Douglas MacRae, 73, of Monson, MA was born July 18, 1952 in Palmer, MA to William and Francis MacRae. Ralph passed away May 1, 2026. Ralph grew up in Wilbraham attending Wilbraham Elementary, Junior High and High School.
After graduation, Ralph joined the Navy. While in the Navy, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation.
After the Navy, Ralph got his CDL and spent the rest of his life, until retirement, driving tractor trailers. Ralph and his brother, Russell, at one point bought a semi together. Ralph also hauled and transported cars for many years before joining the United States Postal Service. The USPS is where is spent 20+ years, until retiring.
Ralph's favorite hobby was antique cars. He loved buying, fixing up and entering cars into car shows. He loved going to cruises and participating in them as well. He took a yearly trip to one in New York and enjoyed every second. He would travel near and far to wheel and deal for a car.
Ralph leaves behind his niece, Tanya MacRae of OK, his niece Alessandra Love of CA, his nephew, Clifford Jorgensen of FL, and numerous cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
He is proceded in death by the love of his life, Karen, his parents, William and Francis MacRae, his brother Russell MacRae, and his sister Jane MacRae.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
