Jadwiga (Erdanowska) Zajac, age 100, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Zajac, who passed on April 9, 2002. Devoted mother of Maria J. Skoropowski and her husband Steven. Loving grandmother of Jennifer M. Skoropowski and her husband Albearo Koury and cherished great grandmother of Eli S. Koury.
Born in Wycinki, Poland on July 6, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Bernard Erdanowski and the late Angelica (Chyla) Erdanowska.
Jadwiga was the sister of Maria Erdanowska Kirschenstein, Anna Erdanowska, Marta Jachlewski and John Erdanowski.
Calling hour Tuesday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury, followed by a graveside service to be held at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Cemetery, 90 River Road, Tewksbury, MA
