Anna Katherine Thibeault (née Larson) passed away on May 2, 2026, after a courageous seven-year battle with kidney disease.
She was the beloved wife and widow of Raymond J. Thibeault Sr., and the devoted daughter of the late Karl John Larson and Mildred Larson. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Patterson and is survived by her loving brother, Karl John Larson Jr.
Anna was a lifelong resident of Greenville, where she lived for 60 years and built a life centered around family and simple joys.
She was a proud and loving mother to Kristene Thibeault-Hebert and her husband Todd Hebert, Raymond Thibeault Jr. and his wife Lori Thibeault, Denise Labrecque and her husband Chris Labrecque, Thomas Thibeault and his fiancée Danielle Lima; and an adoring Nana to Alexandria Ferra and her husband Rob Ferra, Samantha Labrecque Semle and her husband John Semle, Jared Hebert, Cameron Thibeault, McKenzie Thibeault, Jonathan Labrecque, Evan Thibeault, Caleb Thibeault, and Chloe Thibeault who brought her endless happiness. She was the grandmother of the late Angelica Hebert and Jon Hebert. She also held a special place in her heart as godmother to Donna Harris. She deeply cherished her beloved dog, Gigi who was a constant companion.
Anna worked at Smithfield Town Hall, where she was known for her dedication and kindness. In her free time, she found joy in watching Hallmark movies, collecting gnomes, and baking Christmas cookies for those she loved. She was also an avid reader of Janet Evanovich.
She will be remembered for her warmth and her devotion to family. She is deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by those who knew her.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 10am in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Visitation will be Saturday morning, 8am to 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Tri Town Animal Shelter, 900 Smithfield Rd, North Providence, RI 02904
