Gladys Baptiste Ojimba, born on January 28, 1964, in Cavillon, Haiti, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a devoted mother, sister, and friend whose presence brought strength, warmth, and love to all who knew her.
Gladys worked as a dental assistant, where she was known for her dedication and caring nature. She was known for her resilience, her deep care for her family, and her unwavering faith. She loved being a mother, it was her greatest joy and she emphasized the importance of family in everything she did. She exemplified hard work and was always extending herself to help others. Her love was truly one of a kind to experience.
She is survived by her children, Obinna Ojimba, Gloria Ojimba, and Angela Ojimba. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Zara Ojimba, daughter of Gloria Ojimba, and Sarai L. Johnson, daughter of Obinna Ojimba.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ambrose Jr Ojimba.
She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Margarette B. Heriveaux and family, Orsonne Begon and family, Florise Raphael and family, Anne Gilmarte Pierre, Myrlande Blaise and family, Nestrel Pierre and family, Phignid Lucas Pierre and family, Ernest Pierre and family, Jean Otniel St-Dick and family, Yvette Theodore and family, Yves-Rose Porcena and family, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
