CHAHO, Rose of West Roxbury, formerly of Zahle, Lebanon, passed away on April 12, 2026. Beloved wife of the late George Batta Hanna. Devoted mother of Marie Shammas and her husband the late Dr. Adib of Montreal Canada, George Ghattas Hanna and his wife Nirgel of Shrewsbury, Dr. Georgette Hage and her husband Kamal of Dedham, Tony Hanna and his wife Dr. Aida of Easton. Loving Teta of Paul, Rosine, Christopher, Michael, Kristen, Andrea, Anthony, Marianne, and Andrew. Loving Great Teta of four. Dear sister of the late Saiid Chaho, Fadel Chaho, Fahmi Chaho, Jacob Chaho, and Dr. Bahij Chaho. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Wednesday, April 15th from 5-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Catholic Cathedral, 7 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, on Thursday, April 16th at 11am. Interment Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
