Frances “Fran” Garriett Curtis Radford, 78, of Tifton passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2026, Wayside Missionary Baptist Church in Tifton with Pastor Josh Campbell officiating. Mrs. Radford will be laid to rest at Wayside Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Dewey Mars officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Jason Young, Daniel Creech, Jayden Creech, Tim Higgins, Steven Williford and G. J. Harrell will serve as pallbearers.
Born October 14, 1947, in Liberty County, Mrs. Radford was the daughter of the late Redding G. Curtis and Eva Bell Curtis. Before retiring, she was the Office Administrator with Walmart.
Mrs. Radford is survived by her husband, Wayne Eugene Radford of Tifton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Aimee Radford of Tifton and Wayne Jr. and Stacy Radford of South Dakota; one brother, R. G. Curtis, Jr. of Florida; two grandsons, Josh Radford and his wife Rebekah and Jarred Radford; and a great-granddaughter on the way, Ashlen Radford.
