Bob attended Lynn Public schools and graduated from Lynn Classical High School in 1960. Following high school, he attended the Berklee School of Music, graduating in 1963.
In 1975, he and his wife Lillie founded and operated the Tewksbury Music Center, which celebrated their 50th year supporting the music community in the Merrimack Valley of MA. An accomplished jazz drummer himself, Bob prided himself on providing area musicians with all the tools needed to pursue their passion for music. In addition, he inspired many novice musicians by offering lessons in piano & keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, voice, violin, saxophone, clarinet and the flute.
