Obituary

Worcester – Russell Archambault, 85, of Worcester, passed away in his home, while surrounded by family on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

Mr. Archambault was married for 48 years to the late Judith A. (Daoust) Archambault, who died in 2014. He is survived by his three children, Gary J. Archambault, and his wife, Anabel of Southbridge, Brian J. Archambault, and his wife, Laurie of Oxford and Lynn M. Archambault of Worcester; a sister, Rachel Jyringi of Charlton; three grandchildren, Chelsea Archambault, Nicolas Archambault and Sara Ostiguy; 3 great grandchildren, Brooke Kenney, Dominic Archambault and Daneigh Archambault and many nieces and nephews.

Russell was born in Central Falls, RI son of the late William and Rose Anna (Breton) Archambault and is also predeceased by his brother, Robert Archambault. He moved to Millbury as a child and then graduated from Millbury High School entering the United States Navy where he proudly served his country.

Mr. Archambault was a member of Teamsters Local 170 and worked for the United Parcel Service as a driver for over 30 years. In his younger years, Russell enjoyed going fishing, and camping with his family and especially dancing with his wife the love of his life. Later in life, Russell enjoyed the simple things and was always happy when he was able to be with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Funeral services are being held privately and Alfred Roy & Sons – Henry Funeral Service 33 Ward Street Worcester is honored to be assisting the family.
