
Rosemarie Fabiano, age 69, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 28, 1956, the youngest child of Frank and Helen (Campo) Fabiano. A lifelong resident of Boston’s North End, she attended St. Anthony’s School and graduated from Julie Billiart High School. Rosemarie was employed for many years as an insurance coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and later as an administrative assistant at Lee Hecht Harrison in downtown Boston.
Rosemarie’s petite stature belied her larger-than-life personality. A style icon known for her fashion, makeup, and signature hairstyles, her charisma and sense of humor made her an unforgettable and unrelenting presence in the North End. Deeply devoted to her parents, she shared a special relationship with her father and cared for her mother during her elder years. A loving partner, sister and proud aunt, Rosemarie brought warmth, laughter, and glamour to everyone she encountered. She will be remembered for her joyful and vivacious spirit.
Rosemarie was the dear sister of Leonard Fabiano and his wife Carol, Carol LaMonica and her husband Richard, Thomas Fabiano and his wife Sheila, and the late Francis Fabiano and his late wife Linda. She is survived by her partner Robert Paleo and his daughter Sheri. Rosemarie was the beloved aunt of Andrea, Anthony, Alena, Joseph, David, Kristen, Christina, Thomas, Michael, Michelle, and Michael. She is also survived by many loving great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visiting hours will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 AM to 12 PM, concluding with a memorial service. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
