William “Bill” Farrell, 97
TEWKSBURY, MA- William “Bill” Farrell, age 97, of Tewksbury, Reading and Boone, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026.
Born September 1, 1928, he was known for his warm spirit, sense of humor, and his gift as a great storyteller.
“Bill” was the beloved husband of Veronica Barbara Farrell (Hill). He is further survived by his daughters, Susan and Buzz Gjertson, Nancy and Phil D’Eon, Kathy Farrell, and Barbara and Paul Beaton; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his son, Billy Farrell.
A memorial prayer service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. Services will conclude with interment of his ashes at Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East Street, Tewksbury.
