KELLEHER, Alice (Connolly) Age 78, of Needham, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her children: Rob and Kate Kelleher of Natick, Maggie and Brendan Ahern of Melrose, and Ali and Bob Lydon of Walpole. She is also survived by nine beloved grandchildren: Will, Rylee, and Rowan Kelleher of Natick, Tess, Tommy, and Addie Ahern of Melrose, and Gavin, Shea, and Fiona Lydon of Walpole. She is also survived by her siblings Kathleen Griffin, Jim and Jean Connolly, William Connolly, Neal Connolly, and her sister-in-law Maria Connolly. She is predeceased by her beloved parents Matthew and Alice Connolly, her brother Matthew Connolly, her brother-in-law Tom Griffin, and sister-in-law Dorothy Connolly.
Alice was a graduate of Boston College (1969) and Boston College Law School (1972). She worked as an attorney in Washington DC and Massachusetts.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Tuesday, March 10th from 4-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Church 1382 Highland Ave., Needham on Wednesday, March 11th at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
