Obituary

NORTH GRAFTON_____ Gloria L. Angers, 97, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026, at Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Westborough. She leaves behind her sister, Cecile Mosher of Rutland, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Adelard and Anne Marie (Bouvier) Angers, two sisters, Jean Gemme and Rita Angers and by her niece and Godchild, Deb Mosher.

Born in Worcester, Gloria graduated from St. Stephen’s High School in 1947. Miss Angers was an office manager many years for the Demers Goodyear Tire Co and later worked in the office for St. Vincent’s Radiological Associates. Gloria retired many years ago. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph’s Church and sang in the church choir for several years.

Gloria loved being with friends and family. She enjoyed dancing, movies and was always present at any family gathering.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 35 Hamilton St., Worcester, Gloria’s funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, 28 Waterville St., North Grafton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph and St. Stephen’s Parish, 357 Grafton St., Worcester, MA 01604, or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 320 Nevada St., Suite 201, Newton, MA 02460.
