Louise Evelyn Whelpley, daughter of the late Evelyn G. Whelpley and Edward (EH) Whelpley died on Saturday, September 9, after a short illness.
Louise was born in Montpelier, VT. She was raised in Boston’s Beacon Hill area. Miss Whelpley attended St. Joseph’s School in Boston and St. Mary’s School in Cambridge. During her adult life, she worked as a full charge bookkeeper. Her last places of employment were Accounts Temps and OxFam America.
Miss Whelpley is survived by her sister Elaine E. Kolinski of Stoughton and her brothers Rance J. of Webster, TX and Richard W. of Athol, MA. She was the sister of the late Howard Whelpley, Herman Whelpley, and Lee A. Whelpley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews
Funeral Service will be private. Burial will take place at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord, MA.
