Victor Baptiste was born on August 4, 1959, in Pétion-Ville, Haiti. He later moved to the United States and made Boston his home. During his time here, Victor pursued many opportunities, including owning a convenience store, which he cherished deeply. Known for his great sense of humor, intelligence and vivid imagination, Victor always dreamed of what life could be and approached it with resilience and determination. Though he endured hardships, he met life with strength and perseverance.
Victor is preceded in death by his parents Alida Baptiste and Klebert Cazeau.
Victor is survived by his brothers and sisters, Cleobert Cazeau, Klaider Cazeau, Cleanne Cazeau, Marie Claude Cazeau, Andrelita Cazeau; his sister in law Bertha Cazeau, his nieces and nephews, Tiery Cazeau, Esther Cazeau, Naomie Cazeau, Carma Edouard, Fred Edouard, Murienne Edouard, and Sofia Cazeau; long time friend and supporter Sharon Evans and a wide circle of extended family and friends.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Saturday February 28, 2026 from 9-10 AM followed by a Religious Service from 10-11:30 AM in the Church of the Holy Spirit, 525 River Street, Hyde Park, MA. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, 45 Fairview Ave, Hyde Park, MA. 02136
