Janie Aileen Lynchard Box ,age 87, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2006 at her home in Water
Valley, MS. Mrs Box was born in Indianola, MS to the late John Sylvester and Rosie Lee Ray Lynchard. She was married to the late William Claude Box who passed away on November 19, 1998. She was a very special mother and homemaker.
Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Sunday, September 10, 2006 from 6:00 pm util 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 11:00 am in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home. Committal service will be at 2:30 pm in Hollandale Cemetery, Hollandale, MS.
Survivors include three daughters; Rose-Etta (Gary) DeLong of Fayetteville, TN, Rita(Richard) Phillips of Corryton, TN and Sylvia Ann (Don) Ahlborn of Water Valley, MS; son William Joe (Sherryl) Box of Monticello, TN; sister-in-law Mamie Box of Houston, TX; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren; Polly Ann Smith, who was like a sister and a host of nieces and nephews
