Shirley Kearney (Stevens) passed away peacefully surrounded by her beloved art and music on January 23, 2026 in Newton MA. She was born on July 29th, 1937 to Alice (Fogelgren) and Raymond Stevens. She was preceded in death by her husband Kevin Kearney and her sister Barbara Harpell. She is survived by her four children Doug Savage, Karin DeSantis, Brian Kearney and Tina Jaillet, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Mary Ellen Degnan and Eleanor Kearney, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Shirley enjoyed many years of travel and adventure around the world with Kevin. She was the proud editor of Basel: A Cultural Experience. A private memorial will be held in the spring.
