William Frank Hilliard, Jr., 92, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Harborview Tifton, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 3PM, Friday, February 6, 2026, at Salem Cemetery in Ben Hill County, Georgia, with the Rev. Ken Williams officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the services.
Mr. Hilliard was born September 20, 1933, in Walhalla, South Carolina, to the late William Frank, Sr. & Minnie Mae Vissage Hilliard. He retired from A. C. White Transfer Company after 60 years of driving a semi. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by a nephew, James & Brenda Hall of Ocilla. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Seobia Ardell Hall Hilliard.
