
Cecelia A. (Lee) Pratt, 101 years young, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Sunrise Assisted Living of Burlington, with those she loved at her side. Born January 8, 1925, Cecelia was a true townie who resided most of her life in Dorchester. She was the daughter of the late John M. and Mary M. (Connelly) Lee. She was the beloved wife of the late James H. Pratt. Devoted mother of James L. Pratt and his wife Jackie of Virginia and the late John C. Pratt. Loving grandmother of Megan Struder and her husband Leonard, Jacqueline Morgan and her husband Jessie, all of Virginia, Conner Pratt and his wife Derien of Maryland. Loving great grandmother of Aubrey, Rhys, and Elizabeth, all of Virginia, Abigail and Olivia of Maryland. She was such a special lady to so many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and most importantly her friends.
Cecilia worked for Ma Bell for over 35 years. She was a devout Catholic which was the source for her famous praying of the rosary for all that needed special prayers. Her most favorite and special place was Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire at her cabin sitting on the front porch while greeting everyone that came by. Her love for playing bingo, cribbage and any card games, especially with the women of the "club", she will be truly missed by everyone.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours, Monday, February 9th, at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning, February 10th, at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church 138 Cambridge Rd., Woburn, at 11 a.m. Ceclia will be laid to rest with her late husband at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne. Interment services will be private. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Cecelia's memory to Jamie's Joy, 4 Bennett St., Woburn, MA 01801.
