Joseph A. Rosselli, age 82, of Beverly formerly of Medford, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Born in Cambridge, Joseph was the son of the late Peter and Catherine (Shaughnessy) Rosselle.
Joseph was raised and educated in Medford. From a young age, Joseph possessed an amazing work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. For more than forty years he worked in the Dairy and Food Distribution Industry and was the founder and former president of Rosev Inc.
In his leisure time, which was not often, Joseph enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling, skiing trips, and was car aficionado as well as stock market enthusiast. He will be fondly remembered for his passion to work and provide. He will be greatly missed.
Joseph is lovingly survived by his life partner, Julie Murphy. He was the devoted father of Robyn Renahan and her partner Michael Sampou of Merrimac, MA, and Scott Rosselli and his wife Patricia of Melrose. He was the loving grandfather of Audrey, Elise, Catherine, Scott, and Michelle and is further survived by eight loving great grandchildren. Cherished brother of Robert Rosselle of Medford, Edward Rosselle and his wife Margaret of Billerica, Patricia Melius of Reading, Deborah Rosselle of Norwood, Lorraine Andexler of CT, AnnMarie Gargano of Brighton, Michael Rosselle of Dedham, the late Paul Rosselle and Phyllis LaRusso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, February 6th, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family prior to the service from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Services will conclude with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
