Mary Mazzone, 79, of Derry, NH, formerly of East Boston, MA, passed away Thursday January 29, 2026, at Lahey clinic in Burlington, MA after a brief illness. Mary was born August 21, 1946, in Boston, MA, and was a daughter of the late, Alfred and Mary (Sarro) Farro. She was raised and educated in East Boston and lived there most of her life prior to moving to Derry in 2004.
Mary worked for many years at the Revelation Bra Company in East Boston. Mary enjoyed spending her time with her husband, family and friends.
Members of the family include her husband of 37 years, Edward P. Mazzone of Derry, two nieces, Lynn Mazzone and Marguerite Chaput, and two nephews, Wayne Mazzone and Fred Chaput. Mary was predeceased by her sister Rose (Farro) Roche in 2018.
A visitation will be held on Thursday February 5, 2026, from 9 to 11 am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery of Malden, MA at 12:30 pm.
