Rev. David H. Gill, SJ of Weston on January 25, 2026. Son of the late Henry A. & Alice E. (Donovan) Gill. Brother of Richard Gill, Peter Gill, the late John Kevin Gill and Henry Gill, Jr. A native of Winthrop, MA, Fr. Gill was an avid classicist with a Harvard Ph.D at Boston College, remained a social activist all his life, ministering in parishes of poor people and loved marathon running. Also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his many Jesuit Brothers. Reposing at Campion Center, 319 Concord Rd., WESTON. Concelebrated Funeral Mass in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Campion Center on Friday January 30 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are also welcome to attend a period of visitation in the chapel from 9 am until 10 am prior to the Funeral Mass. Interment in the Jesuit Cemetery. Weston.
