North Waterboro, ME- Emily Lorraine Wedgewood, Age 38, Died January 21st, 2026 in Portland, ME after a long battle with cancer.
Emily was born on January 11th, 1988 in Portland, ME to Pete Wedgewood and Cynthia Kemp, then of Waterboro, ME.
She attended Massabesic High School in Waterboro, ME and graduated in 2006.
Emily pursued several career paths, from a Gate Agent and Flight Attendant for US Airways to a Sales Rep and Finance Manager at several auto dealerships in southern Maine. She was the life of any party and enjoyed going to the beach, boating, snowmobiling, and spending time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Pete. She is survived by:

Her Brother Daniel Wedgewood and his Wife Breanna of Stafford, VA
Her Sister Ashley Wedgewood of Alfred, ME
Her Nieces and Nephews Hayden, Bradley, Isabella, Ivy May, and Vander; all whom she loved dearly
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday Jan. 31, from 2 - 4 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 125 Sokokis Trail (Rt. 5) in East Waterboro.
