Leslie R. “Les” Munoz, 44, died unexpectedly Thursday, September 7, at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Born in Riverside, CA, he was raised in Brockton and Pembroke. He was a resident of Brockton for the past 10 years. Mr. Munoz was a graduate of Silver Lake Regional High School, Class of 1980. He worked as a carpenter. Mr. Munoz was a Veteran of the US Army and US Marine Corps. He was a member of the Vega Club in Brockton. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling and playing darts and pool.
He will be missed by his children Alysha Munoz, Meagan Munoz and Gavin Munoz and their mother Heather M. (Bates) Munoz all of Orange, his mother Janet (Lincoln) Morse and stepfather Robert Morse of Brockton. He is also survived by his twin brother Lee and sister Lena Bates both of Brockton, his brother Richard Seely of NE and Guy Seely of TX and Sister Kim Seely of FL.
Memorial services will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday Evening, September 12 at 7:30 PM. Visiting Hours prior to service from 5–7:30 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to the Catholic Charities, 686 North Main St., Brockton, 02301. Burial will be private.
