Emeline A. (Gavioli) Saliby, a longtime resident of Andover and beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Saliby, passed away at the Aspen Hill Rehabilitation Center in Haverhill on Wednesday afternoon, January 21, 2026. She was 93 years old.
Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on March 31, 1932, she was the beloved daughter of the late Luigi and Ida (Bortolini) Gavioli.
Emeline was a full time Homemaker and later worked for the Heart Association and was a Wine Consultant. In her spare time, she loved to garden and was a member of the Andover Garden Club. She also was a gourmet cook and wonderful baker. She will be dearly missed.
Emeline is survived by her loving daughter; Deborah Saliby of Andover and grandson; Richard "Benjamin" Greer of Los Angeles, California.
Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend.
