TEWKSBURY - Mrs. Gertrude C. (Crowley) Bolduc, 82, died Wednesday evening, Sept. 4, atSaints Memorial Medical Center in Lowell after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Herbert J.Bolduc, with whom she had celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary on July 25th.
She was born in Lawrence, Mass, a daughter of the late John and Nellie (Rahilly) Crowley. Shelived in Charlestown, Mass., befor emoving to Tewksbury in 1958.
Mrs. Bolduc was a communicant of St. William’s Church, and was active in the local artists community as an oil painter.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Maureen Lane of Billerica, Paula E. andher husband Richard Post of Tewksbury, two sons, Thomas J. Griffiths of Orlando, Fla. , TimothyJ. Bolduc of Winter Park, Fla., nine grandchildren, Alison Bissett, Herbert Post, Joseph Post andPatrick Griffiths all of Tewksbury, Jennifer Grant of Merrimac, MA, Maureen Riddle ofTyngsboro, Albert Riddle IV of Lowell, Richard Post Jr. of Dracut, Mark Bolduc of Winter park,Fla. 20 great grandchildren, one niece, Joy Hutchins of Saugus, a grand niece, Laura Cataldo ofMelrose, and two dear friends, Donna Griffiths and Jean Wicks both of Tewksbury.
She was also grandmother of the late Julie Riddle-Carbone, Paula Elizabeth Riddle, and sister ofthe late Helen Oliver.
Her funeral Mass was heldMonday, Sept. 9, in St. William’s Church. Interment was in Tewksbury Cemetery.
