Emilio Hernandez De Los Santos, age 51, of Guerrero, Mexico, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Emilio was the beloved son of Guillermo Hernandez and Socorro De Los Santos; a devoted and loving husband to Ma. Del Carmen Catalan; and a proud, adoring father to Luis Alberto Arceo, Luis Alberto, Joel, and Emily. He was a cherished brother to Marisol, Luis Enrique, Olivia, Graciela, Mediam, and Irais.
Emilio will be remembered for his love for his family, his kindness, and the joy he brought to those who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to share in his life.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ocwieja-Robles Funeral Home, 4256 S. Mozart Street, Chicago. Additional parking will be available at Five Holy Martyrs Church, 4327 S. Richmond Street.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 2745 W. 44th Street, Chicago. Following the Mass, interment will be held at St. Casimir Cemetery, 4401 W. 111th Street, Chicago.

Emilio fue el amado hijo de Guillermo Hernández y Socorro De Los Santos; esposo devoto y amoroso de Ma. Del Carmen Catalán; y orgulloso y cariñoso padre de Luis Alberto Arceo, Luis Alberto, Joel y Emily. Fue un querido hermano de Marisol, Luis Enrique, Olivia, Graciela, Mediam e Irais.
Emilio será recordado por su amor incondicional hacia su familia, su bondad y la alegría que brindó a todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. Su recuerdo vivirá por siempre en los corazones de quienes compartieron su vida.
La velación se llevará a cabo el domingo 25 de enero de 2026, de 3:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en Ocwieja-Robles Funeral Home, ubicado en 4256 S. Mozart Street, Chicago. Habrá estacionamiento adicional disponible en Five Holy Martyrs Church, 4327 S. Richmond Street.
La Misa Funeral se celebrará el lunes 26 de enero de 2026, a las 10:30 a.m., en la Iglesia Immaculate Conception, ubicada en 2745 W. 44th Street, Chicago. Al finalizar la misa, se procederá al sepelio en el Cementerio St. Casimir, ubicado en 4401 W. 111th Street, Chicago.
