Paul George Sabbag, 74, of Londonderry, NH, died Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. He was born on May 3, 1951 in Brookline, MA, a son of George and Mary (Garozza) Sabbag.
He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne (Hines) Sabbag of Londonderry; son, Derek Sabbag and wife Rebecca of Londonderry; daughter, Jade Sabbag and significant other Chris DeMattia of Londonderry; two brothers, Russell Sabbag and wife Angela of Georgetown, MA, Joseph Sabbag and wife Francine of FL; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
