Kristine Marie Leone 52, of Natick, MA passed away peacefully January 14, 2026 surrounded by members of her loving family. She was born in Natick, MA and is the daughter of Nancy (Judge) Leone, of Tewksbury, MA and the late Louis Leone Jr.
Kristine was born and raised in Natick where she graduated from Natick High School in 1991. Kristine was a member of the National Honor Society, a volleyball player and a friend to many.
She continued her education at UMass Amherst where she received her Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree. Kristine then attended Boston College where she earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work.
Kristine took pride in her independence, her untiring work ethic and respected integrity, all of which served her well in life.
She took her professional talents as a Clinical Social Worker from Boston to North Carolina, Marthas Vineyard, and Plymouth MA, making a difference in the lives of those she cared for.
Her love of the ocean, music, her dogs Sunny and Whinnie, and her friendships served as a lifeline for her loving spirit and beautiful soul.
Kristine will be sadly missed by many who knew her.
Besides her mother, Kristine is survived by her brother Stephen Leone, his wife Kim Leone and their children Jessica, Jacquelyn and Michael Leone of Andover; sister Suzanne (Leone) Finn and her husband Larry Finn of Lowell, and their daughters Adelia, Lily and Micaela (Finn) Barlow, her husband Corey Barlow and their children Cayden and Thomas Barlow; sister Cynthia (Leone) Casey and her husband Peter Casey and their children Declan and Teaghan Casey of San Antonio, Texas; and beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours from 4:00PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury, MA. Kristine’s funeral procession will begin on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 9:45 a.m.at the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00AM, at St. Agustine Parish, 35 Essex Street Andover MA.
