WORCESTER — Tadeusz P. Czubaj, 68, of Worcester, passed away in his home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife of thirty-four years, Grazyna (Kizior) Czubaj.
Tadeusz is remembered by his children: his son, Bartlomiej Czubaj and his wife, Ewelina, of Leicester, MA; his daughters, Justyna Krynski and her husband, Kamil, of North Granby, CT, and Monika Walczyk and her husband, Thomas, of Westborough, MA. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Julian, Jozefina, Izabela, Natalia, Antoni, and Gabriel. He is also survived by his brother, Jerzy Czubaj, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Krakow, Poland, Tadeusz immigrated to the United States in 1988 in search of opportunity and a better life for his family. Although he made Worcester his home, his heart was never far from Krakow, a place he loved to visit whenever he could. He worked as a skilled welder at Ken-Weld Co. and Entwistle Co. for many years. Driven by his culinary passion and entrepreneurial spirit, Tadeusz fulfilled a lifelong dream by owning and operating his own business. He proudly ran his food truck, Mr. Kielbaski, for several years, travelling far and wide across all of New England.
Tadeusz enjoyed spending time fishing, skiing, browsing flea markets for unexpected finds, and enjoying good food. He was a devoted member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and will be greatly missed.
