Obituary

Lorena M. “Lorrie” (Rocheford) Haven, 75, of Holliston, died peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at Milford Regional Medical Center.

Born in Framingham on June 15, 1950 she was the daughter of Elena (Guerra) Rocheford and the late Irving Rocheford.

Lorrie grew up in Ashland and graduated from Ashland High School in 1968 where she met her high school sweetheart and husband of 54 years, Paul Haven, as well as many close friends she kept through her life.

She and Paul built a beautiful life together in Medway, MA along with their two children Donya and Adam. Summers were spent at Whitehorse Beach in Plymouth where they eventually moved years later. She and Paul were amateur moving enthusiasts, moving to different houses every couple of years. Lorrie’s decorating skills were unmatched, each house looking like a page out of a magazine. When not moving, they enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. You could always find her dancing, singing and laughing, whether it be at a holiday event or her yearly “Big Chill” weekend with lifelong friends. She had impeccable style and taste. Her wardrobe was admired by all and she wore it effortlessly. “Oh, I’ve had this forever.” she would say. She was a fabulous chef despite never believing that the meal was as wonderful and delicious as you said it was. Her smile was infectious and her laugh could and did light up any room.

She was a stay at home mom while her kids were young but once the kids were grown she worked as a medical technician for an oral surgeon for 20 years before her retirement. Once retired, she took on the role of the best Nonnie to her grandkids, taking them for countless sleepovers and shopping adventures.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter Donya Lemieux and her husband Chad of North Attleboro, her son Adam Haven and his wife Kim of Northborough, and five grandchildren Anna, Nathan, Maggie, Ryuu and Kira.
She is predeceased by her son, Craig.

She is also survived by her mother Elena Rocheford of Ashland, her siblings Cheryl Butler of Winthrop, Buddy Rocheford of Ashland, Susan Nugent of Martha’s Vineyard, and Paula Lachman of Upton, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, January 19 from 4 - 7 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber Street in Medway ginleyfuneralhomes.com

Burial will take place privately at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
