Peter “Pete” Russell Ray passed away January 9, 2026 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
He was born on June 20, 1950 in Anderson, the son of Frank L. and Irene (Lewis) Ray. He was a distributor and route salesman for PJR Distribution for many years and attended Chesterfield Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife Joyce and his son, Scott.
Private graveside services will be held at East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.
