Worcester: Marcia M. (Lukasiewicz) Hansen, 83, passed away peacefully at home on January 8, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband of 53 years Paul K. Hansen; son Timothy Hansen, daughter Elizabeth McClellan and her husband Dan, a sister Susan Welburn, and 2 grandchildren- Jacob and Sebastian. She was predeceased by a brother Paul Lukas.
Marcia was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Sylvester and Betty (Hyder) Lukasiewicz. She graduated from Becker College and worked as a secretary at St. Vincent Hospital for many years. She was a member of St. Christopher Church and enjoyed painting, sewing and doing crafts.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 starting at 9:00 a.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester and then processing to St. Christopher's Church 950 West Boylston St. Worcester, MA 01606 for a 10:00 a.m. Mass. Burial will be held in Hillside Cemetery in Auburn in the spring. Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements.
