
Maureen M. (Flannery) Boucher, age 79, a resident of Tewksbury for the past 8 years, formerly of Hooksett and Allentown, NH, and Chelmsford, MA, passed away at the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Richard L. Boucher, who passed away on June 20, 2018.
Born in Lowell on May 3, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. Flannery and the late Gertrude (Shepherd) Flannery.
Maureen was raised in North Chelmsford and graduated from Chelmsford High School.
While living in Chelmsford, she was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, a member of the American Legion Auxiliar and the Chelmsford Elks Auxiliary.
Maureen worked for many years for the Raytheon Corporation in Lowell, Sanders Associates in New Hampshire and for the school lunch program at Chelmsford High School.
She enjoyed playing Bingo, listening to the music of Elvis Presley and attending her son Shawn’s shows.
Maureen is the mother of Richard L. Boucher, II and his wife Ann Marie (Holden), of Tewksbury, Shawn M. Boucher, of Dracut, Tracy A. Paglieroni and her husband Thomas, of Colebrook, NH, and the late Gerald G. Boucher. She is the grandmother of Krystal L. Boucher and her fiancé Todd Gregoire, Mackenzie R. Boucher, James E. Boucher and his fiancé Emily Chiasson and the late Thomas T. Paglieroni, Jr. and the late Tina M. Paglieroni.
Maureen was pre-deceased by her brother, James E. Flannery.
Services for Maureen will be held privately. Interment of her ashes will be at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
