Angelo Cappuccio, 76, of Roslindale, MA., passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston. He is predeceased by his parents Joseph Cappuccio and Concetta Cappuccio. Devoted husband of the late Carol Cappuccio who he was married to for 34 years. He is survived by his loving sons Stephen Cappuccio and husband Sean Earsing, and Michael Cappuccio and his wife Shannon Cappuccio of Braintree, MA. Cherished grandchildren Sawyer, Iris, Cora, and Luca. Angelo also leaves behind his brother Louis Cappuccio and his wife Marie, and Joseph J. Cappuccio Jr., and his wife Elisa and sister Diane Bedell and her husband Randy. Later in life Angelo is predeceased by his partner Diane Brown. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He was a life long lover of Fly Fishing and enjoyed his days at the pond or the ocean.
Angelo served as an E-6 Staff Sergeant for 21 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a graduate of Boston State college. After college Angelo had a career as an Iron Worker until 1995 and later on retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2013.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing hour on Saturday January 10, 2026 from 9-10:30 AM followed by a Religious Service from 10:30-11 AM, in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA. 02131. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude's Research Hospital for children.
