Jerry Mark Misko, 72, of Strongstown, PA passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
The son of John and Margaret “Peggy” H. (Stapleton) Misko, he was born on September 27, 1953 in Indiana, PA.
Jerry was a graduate of Penns Manor High School.
Prior to his retirement, Jerry was a self-employed plumber. In more recent times he had worked as a handyman. Jerry especially enjoyed working on maintenance projects at his brother, David’s bars: The Black Diamond in Starford, PA and the Blue Diamond in Blairsville, PA.
Jerry was an avid bingo player and a huge fan of sports, particularly baseball.
A member of numerous clubs and organizations, Jerry liked meeting his friends at the Club Savoy in Homer City, PA and at the local American Legion Posts.
Most of all, Jerry thoroughly loved spending time with his grandkids and his family.
He is survived by his two children: Jody L. Misko and wife Ginay of Homer City, PA and Jessica Michelle Cramer and boyfriend, Justin Smith of Starford, PA and his five dearly loved grandchildren: Abigail Misko; Owen Misko; Jace Misko; Remington Cramer and Winston Smith.
Also surviving are his numerous siblings, including his special brother, David Misko and wife Lynn of Indiana, PA and his sister, Jenny Smith of Port Orange, FL and his best friend, Jerry.
Preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA in the near future. Specific arrangement details will be announced. Burial will take place at the Sample Run Cemetery, Clymer, PA.
