LACONIA --- Sandra Ann Fortier, 79, of County Drive, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Belknap County Nursing Home, in Laconia, NH.
Born on August 27, 1946, in Laconia, NH, Sandra was the daughter of the late John Edward Peavey and Madeline Elaine (Durham) Peavey.
Sandra enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, knitting and tending to her houseplants.
She is survived by her daughters Michelle Drouin, of Charlotte, NC, Christine Rueffert and her husband Shawn, of Laconia, NH; sister Barbara Ridge and husband Berry, of Rome, NY, and April Lemoine, of Gilford, NH; three grandchildren, Jillian Stackhouse -Daniel, Tyler Drouin, and Paige Rueffert; two great-grandchildren, Luna Drouin and Grayson Daniel, one niece; and three nephews.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilford, NH.
