“Sandra Abate Dumas, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elaine and Nicholas Abate, and her brother, Steven Abate. She leaves behind her three daughters: Stephanie Womersley and her husband, Brian; Marissa Collier and her husband, Greg; and Alexus Bourgeois and her husband, Jake.
Sandra is survived by her sister, Patricia Sanders, and her husband, Barry, as well as her brother, Nicholas Abate.
She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Camden and Bryce Womersley; Olivia and Carter Bourgeois; and Gregory Collier.
Sandra will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, her dedication to family, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in her memory.“
