Clarence "Dwight" Kilgore, 72, of Fitzgerald, Ga., passed away.
Dwight was born in Irwin County to the late WWII veteran Clarence "Bud" Kilgore and Dorothy Rhymes Threatt. He was preceded in death by his only sister, Wanda K. Paulk.
Dwight graduated from Irwin County High School and briefly attended ABAC before enlisting in the United States National Guard, where he served honorably.
He is survived by one daughter, several grandchildren, and one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Holt Baptist Church in Georgia in Dwight’s name.
